Promotional Testing and Assessment Centers
- Public Safety Assessment Centers – Services include both the development of assessment center exercises and administration of the assessment center including assessor training and candidate orientation to the assessment center process. Assessment center exercises include the management in-basket, interview (role play simulation), oral presentations, written exercises and leaderless group discussions. Services may also include review and updating of classification job analyses results and the creation of rating dimensions. - Promotability Ratings – Services include the development and administration/scoring of instruments designed to assess candidates readiness, previous accomplishments, motivation and preparedness for promotion.
- Promotional Exams – Services can include the development, preparation and facilitation of written exams, oral boards/management interviews.
- Succession Planning/Workforce Planning – Services include surveying executive and senior level leadership to ascertain needs for creating and maintaining a dynamic, engaged workforce and then recommending organizational strategies to meet those needs.
